Through the intervention of a Coach during the actual interaction of an executive work team, we identify improvement areas that will help its members meet and align with the Organization's objectives

Through observation, the Coach encourages reflection, provides assertive feedback and presents different options and points of view to those generated by the group. All of this to supports the team members in achieving better communication and results.
